Tedd Evans offers his services as Owner's Representative to building owners or to those having buildings constructed, remodeled, or renovated.

Mr. Evans' years of experience as a construction inspector and his grasp of the various building codes provide a solid source of construction-related expertise. He can provide you with the unbiased information you need to make the proper and necessary decisions required of you as your project proceeds through the planning and construction phases.

As your representative, Mr. Evans will:

 

	Attend and/or organize job meetings to evaluate the efficiency of job-site coordination.
	Evaluate the extent and degree of Code-compliance inspections performed by the local code enforcement authorities.
	Communicate to you, the owner, the progress of the project in an objective manner that provides the information you need without the contractor's filtering.
	Explain, in easily understandable terms, the implications of construction-sequence and code-compliance issues as well as other aspects of the project that you will need to understand to make the correct decisions.

Above all, Mr. Evans will represent you and only you, and will be your educated eyes on the job to the extent necessary.
